I really like for my kids to eat healthy snacks. Usually after school they have fruit or sometimes a whole grain banana or pumpkin bread. A few days ago Brittany told me that she was tired of always having fruit and healthy snacks after school. I decided to take a healthy snack and make it a little more fun. I made fruit kabobs with a little chocolate drizzled on it. (They were a foot long!) The kids were all excited and loved them.

They look yummy to me!
That is such a good idea. I am totally going to do that this week.
I'm with you. And most of my kids are completely okay with that. Except Evan who's always complaining that there's never anything "good" to eat (aka junk). He spends his own money on chips and candy and ice cream and doesn't share. At least he eats the healthy stuff, too. Those kebobs look great!
I love getting all of your healthy ideas! They look yummy!
